The number of months you should sign-up for depends on your goals. If you have a lot of weight to lose (or gain), then you can choose a longer membership period. The same goes for people with competitive goals. If you’re confused, just drop us an email or call us!
We recommend the 3-month program as it gives you time to adjust to the program, form new habits and see noticeable difference in your physique. A time period of anything less than 3 months isn’t enough to form a strong coach-client relationship.
